Globally and in particular in Asia, the demand in iron ore is still very high. The sale of iron ore depends largely on its availability and on the product’s quality. Indonesia has important storage sites for iron ore, but what really counts there is the processing of the material and its appropriate marketing. In very close cooperation with mine owners and state authorities and the Technical University of the city of Aachen, ORGAKOM Milindo has now developed a concept for the construction of iron ore processing plants in Indonesia. In particular the financing instruments are highly interesting to every investor.

For every processing plant an investment capital in the amount of 12,780,000 USD for a period of 13 months is required. 

The investor has the option to provide the investment capital to an account of ORGAKOM Milindo with one of the European TOP 25 banks and will in the same time receive a bank guarantee in the amount of 106% of the sum to be provided. This means that any invested capital will entirely be guaranteed by banks.

As an alternative, it is also possible that the investor leaves the investment capital on his own account with a European bank and that the bank will then only block this account for a period 13 months. Third parties will have no access whatsoever to this account. This means that the investor’s capital will also be entirely secured by this method; i.e. that at no point of time the investor’s capital will be at risk with these two suggested methods.

After 13 months the invested capital will be fully available to the investor again and/or the account will no longer be blocked. 

The investment capital of the investor will yield interests in the amount of 7% p.a. and the interests will be paid out once per month.

In addition to this, the investor will receive a very high benefit distribution of his investment capital after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. 

Finally, the investor will also receive a participation in the company operating the plant of 25% of the share capital.
